To make a reservation on item for a certain date you’ll be asked to pay a deposit of 25%. After receiving the reservation deposit, the chosen items will be reserved for the set date/weekend. Reservation deposit is non-refundable.

Price is set for one event or one weekend. Usually, we agree with each customer about the most suitable time of pick-up/delivery as well as the time of return.

Each item takes 3-5 working days to be produced after receiving the payment. If for any reason the production process will take more than 5 days, we will contact you within 1 working day. Delivery to your address will take 2-3 working days after the item is produced. In case the personalization of your chosen item will take longer, we will contact you personally and inform about the delivery date.

If for some reason you are not satisfied with the purchased item, please contact us in 48 hours after it has been delivered. Item must be returned during 1 week after contacting us. The delivery costs for the return will be covered by the client.

Personalized items are non-returnable, except the cases when the order has not been fulfilled according to the customer’s instructions (for example, mistake in the personalized text or chosen colour).
