Delivery and return

Andra Oto offers delivery of any ordered goods (from the section "Shop") to any chosen address in Latvia and worldwide.

Delays in the delivery of goods can occur for various reasons. Please check that the address provided at the time of purchase is correct, paying close attention to special characters, spaces and punctuation. If you have chosen to receive your order at the registered address, please check that the company name and address are correct.

In case of delay in delivery of the product, please contact us or the courier to find out the current location of the product. Please note that if the changes are made after the order has been placed, the delivery date of the product may change. Mazliet romantikas Ltd. does not take responsibility for goods damaged or lost during shipping.

Decoration rental

Rented items can be obtained from us in Skrunda. Or we can deliver them to you for an additional fee.
Smaller items can be sent via Omniva parcel machine, an Omniva courier or Latvijas Pasts. These delivery costs are covered by the customer.
Larger decors, like chairs and tables, can be delivered for an additional fee of Eur 0.30 / km.

Shop / Sewing Workshop

Each item takes 3-5 working days to be produced after receiving the payment. If for any reason the production process will take more than 5 days, we will contact you within 1 working day.
Delivery to your address will take 2-3 working days after the item is produced. In case the personalization of your chosen item will take longer, we will contact you personally and inform about the delivery date.

If for some reason you are not satisfied with the purchased item, please contact us within 48 hours after it has been delivered. Item must be returned within 1 week after contacting us. The delivery costs for the return will be covered by the client.
