Rental conditions

The Lessor rents out and the Lessee receives rented items after signing the rental agreement.
In order to make a reservation on rental properties, a Reservation Deposit of 25% of the total rental amount must be paid. Upon receiving the Reservation deposit fee, Mazliet Romantikas Ltd. reserves the rental properties selected by the client for specific dates.
If the Lessee refuses the rental service for any reason, the Reservation Deposit is non-refundable, but it can be transferred to another event.
Rental prices are set for an event or weekend. The rental period is agreed with each client individually.
The Lessor and the Lessee shall mutually agree on the place and time of pick-up and return of the rental items. The warehouse of Mazliet romantikas Ltd. is located in Skrunda, Bānīša Street 4. For an additional payment, we offer to deliver the rental items at the time and place of your choice.
The Lessee has no rights to resell, donate, pledge, dismantle or disassemble the rented items.
If, due to the fault of the Lessee, the rented Item(s) can no longer be used for the purpose(s) intended for them, it has been damaged, dismantled, disassembled or lost its appearance, the Lessee must fully compensate the Lessor for the losses caused in accordance with the value of the rented item(s) specified by the Lessor.
The Lessee must inform the Lessor about the extension of the rental period by 17:00 of the day of return of the items specified in the Lease Agreement.
If the Lessee extends the rental period of the Leased Item(s) specified in the Lease Agreement or does not return the Leased Item(s), the Lessee shall additionally pay the rent for each day of delay – 100% of the amount of the rent.
